By accessing or using MapleIsland, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use MapleIsland.

Permitted use

You may use MapleIsland for personal, lawful purposes, including planning MapleStory progression and viewing available public character history. You are responsible for how you use the estimates and information produced by the service.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Use automation that creates excessive load or disrupts normal operation.
• Use MapleIsland for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Calculators and estimates

Calculator results, probabilities, costs, schedules, and progression projections are provided for informational planning only. They may rely on assumptions, public information, user selections, and game rules that can change. Results do not guarantee an in-game outcome or replace your own judgment.

Character data

Character information is based on public ranking data and MapleIsland snapshots. Historical values are not historical records supplied by Nexon and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. MapleIsland does not verify who controls a character.

Availability and changes

MapleIsland may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, or game changes. MapleIsland does not guarantee that the service will always be available, current, or error-free.

Third-party services and links

MapleIsland depends on or links to services operated by others. Those services have their own terms and policies, and MapleIsland is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

Intellectual property

MapleIsland is an unofficial fan-made tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nexon. MapleStory, its names, trademarks, and related game assets belong to Nexon or their respective owners. These terms do not grant you rights to third-party intellectual property.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent allowed by law, MapleIsland is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, MapleIsland and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, opportunities, virtual items, currency, or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as MapleIsland changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when updated terms are published. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
